CSV Data You Upload: When you use SearchLens, you upload a CSV file containing Google Ads search term data exported from your Google Ads account. This data is sent to our AI analysis API to generate your report.

No Account Required: We do not collect names, email addresses, or any personal identifiers to use the tool. Access is granted via a shared password.

Usage Data: We may collect basic, anonymized usage data (page views, errors) through Vercel's infrastructure to maintain and improve the service.

• To process your CSV and generate the AI analysis report

• To maintain and operate the service

4. Data Retention

Your uploaded CSV data is processed in real time and is not stored on our servers. Once the analysis is complete, the data is discarded. We do not retain your advertising data.

5. Third-Party Services

SearchLens uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic (Claude API) — processes your search term data to generate AI insights. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to data processed through their API.
• Vercel — hosts our application. Standard server logs may be retained by Vercel per their privacy policy.
• Kiwify — handles payment processing for product purchases. We do not store your payment information.

6. Cookies

SearchLens does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. We may use session-based cookies solely to maintain your authenticated session within the app.

7. Data Security

All data transmitted to and from SearchLens is encrypted via HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no internet transmission is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Since we do not retain personal data or uploaded CSV files after processing, there is generally no stored data to access, modify, or delete. If you have concerns about data processed through our API, please contact us.

9. Children's Privacy

SearchLens is intended for use by adults and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age.
